She has been working in the field of sustainable fashion for many years, as a designer, business owner, pattern maker and seamstress. In 2021, Sharn’s family made the move from Auckland to the sleepy Bay of Plenty village of Athenree. From here, in her home studio, Sharn now shares her knowledge of sustainable fashion through the art of repair and teaching those who want to learn the craft of sewing.
