This was a joint venture project with the Western Bay Of Plenty District Council, Katikati Open-Air Art and the Dave Hume Pool Trust.  It was created to brighten up the walls of the local swimming pool complex.  The butterfly swimmer is local athlete Libby Bradley, a national champion at the time.
